1. The property is located at the best possible location. 2. Though its location and general demeanour is fit for business executives, I saw a lot of families - some for the Marghazhi music season and also marriages. 3.The front desk, General assortment of food in the main restaurant, The local classical music to coincide with the music season, special Santa act of X’mas was quite noticeable and appreciated 4. It was a nice gesture to have sent a piece of cake to celebrated arrival of the new year ( to every room)

Perfect Location Well maintained & good ambience Staff hospitality - From bell desk to housekeeping Especially Ms.Martha who did the check out procedure smoothly and fast. Observed one lady staff a bit off mood from rest of the team. May be it’s one of a tough day for her . Hope she receives guests with a warm hospitality for rest of her career.

Wonderful experience! The room was a bit smaller for my expectations. But it was clean, had all the facilities one would require - starting from a good king size bed to the TV, AC, mini-refrigerator, cupboards, 24/7 hot water, pressing/ironing boards etc. From the time we entered the hotel, till the time we left, everyone from the reception to room service and the securities had a pleasant smile on their face and were so welcoming. Special mentions - Shrusti, Gayatri, Nikita and Srini were awesome! My 5-month old daughter who refuses to go to the arms of even some relatives, readily put her arms out and asked for these 3 executives to carry her. She never wanted to leave them. And we had to forcefully take her away from them to not have our child disturb them in-between work. A baby knows nothing. But if they were able to get along with her that instantly, you can imagine how good the hospitality was! Also, this was by far the best breakfast experience we had among the hotels we have visited thus far in Chennai.

Food, Location and the Friendly attentive staff. We had a very nice enjoyable stay at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing we really enjoyed the delicious indian food. Dinner at "Beyond Indus" was a great experience special thank to "Rahul" he is so warm and hospitable. Food there was beyond our expectation. Room I can say is average for a five star standard but nothing wrong it was clean and comfy. Location was very convenient express avenue and spencer plaza malls are just walking distance.

Hospitality and Amazing breakfast. Room was amazing as well. Divyanshi did a great job helping us through checkin and checkout. Every morning, we were treated to an amazing breakfast that set an excellent start to our day. Mishra ji at the door did a great job helping us with our luggage and welcoming us with a warm smile on his face. Highly recommended!
